      The Window of Baiyangdian locates in the beautiful Mandarin Duck Island. With the detailed historical material and precious historical photos and abundant objects, the museum actually displays the long historical culture of Baiyangdian, vividly reappears the glorious track of Little Soldier Zhang Ga and Goose Plume Possecomitatus，introduces the special culture and the fishermen’s simple life of Baiyangdian in a detail, and fully presents natural resources and beautiful scenes in the water-bound village.
      The historical culture and zoology culture were condensed realistically, detailed presenting the history of war-resistance of Goose Plume Possecomitatus, natural resources and life in water-bound village and local conditions by rich objects and precious historical photos. The layout of the museum is divided into “six halls and one park”, namely introduction hall, human history hall, folk-custom hall, natural resources hall, heroic epic hall, fishermen’s folk-custom hall and park of scene in the water-bound village with the emphasis as the natural wetland culture, traditional historical culture and folk-custom culture in Baiyangdian. The nature culture gives prominence to the formation and vicissitude of Baiyangdian, the traditional historical culture gives prominence to the well-known “Goose Plume Possecomitatus” and “Little Soldier Zhang Ga”, and the folk-custom highlights local conditions and custom in Baiyangdian.
      There are six big halls in the museum: introduction hall—comprehensively introducing the museum; human history hall—displaying the formation and vicissitude of Baiyangdian including great persons and celebrities and important matters of each historical period; fishermen’s folk-custom hall—introducing the hardworking people and wonderful life in Baiyangdian; Goose Plume Possecomitatus hall—displaying weapons used by Goose Plume Possecomitatus in the Anti-Japanese War and their sagas, such as, exploding defensive towers, holding up steams, catching traitors and fighting against foreign devils; park of scene in the water-bound village –vividly presenting life in the water regions in those years when Little Solder Zhang Ga struggling against the enemies through the stone grinder, stone roll and fisherboat of his family; natural resources hall—gathering rare birds and fish, exotic flowers and rare herbs and other natural zoology resources.
